Canada Shipping
We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel for shipping all our orders. The shipping fee is calculated directly and automatically by Canada Post and is not chosen nor determined by us. It is based primarily on where you live (we ship from Montreal, QC), as well as the quantities and weights of the products you order.
How to Save on Shipping
What we sometimes recommend in order to reduce the impact of the shipping fee is to buy a few more of the same product at a time. The shipping price does not change at all or not by much if you increase the number of products (depending on the case). For example, the shipping cost should be the same whether you order one, two or three of the 50mL bottles with Dropper of Essential Oils. This means that the impact of the shipping is much less.
How to Pick Up an Order for Free
We can arrange for this manually. We are located in Montreal. If you wish to inquire about a possible free pickup of an order, please contact us first before placing your order online. We can arrange to see if one of our two pickup locations is convenient for you, and if yes we will manually create the order for you without the shipping fees. Please contact us if you would like to do this.
International Shipping
We do NOT ship internationally, we are the sub-distributors of Doctor Aromas in Canada only. For Shipping in the USA or other countries, please contact Doctor Aromas USA.
Processing / How Long Will It Take to Ship my Order
We try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We typically take 1 - 3 business days to process before shipping during our regular fulfillment days, but may occasionally take up to a week *. All Shipments leave from Montreal, QC.
*Shipping may take a little bit longer if we are closed for vacation.
**Carrier (Canada Post) delays are out of our control and can occur during seasonal times, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances in your area or any of our shipping locations.

Insurance Coverage
All orders automatically include $100 CAD insurance coverage from Canada Post. If any issues arise after your order has shipped, please contact Canada Post first - most times they are able to solve their issue. If they or you need any further information to assist, you can then email us at canada@doctoraromas.com
Express Shipping
If you need your order to be expedited more quickly, please contact us to see if it is feasible and to obtain a shipping rate for your order. Please include in your email the shipping address as well as your phone number when reaching out to better assist.
Tracking Your Order
After placing your order you will be receiving an automatic confirmation email that your order has been received at our fulfillment center. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a following email with a tracking number. Please click on your tracking number to track your package.
